Hey there, I'm Ashley. I'm a licensed real estate agent and I pride myself on transparency and a no-nonsense approach in my business. I think it's too difficult to find simple answers to common real estate questions online, and I aim to be the light in the storm for my clients!

Before I found my passion in real estate, I was an architectural  designer & project manager. I often put this background to work, identifying which home improvement projects will yield the highest ROI for sellers, and identifying poor construction or remodeling faux pas for buyers. I pride myself on always providing my market expertise when asked and having honest conversations - even when the truth may be uncomfortable.

I also have specialized training as a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert. Navigating family court and new family dynamics can be overwhelming, but my real estate expertise, coupled with my training in the family court process allow me to step in and help you navigate the sale of your home with ease, so you can focus on everything else that matters most.
